there is absolutely no “incorporate new” button For brand new theme installation. I'm novice so i am using free wordepress.com . i want to setup a completely new theme which i downloaded from One more Site. But i cant find “include new” button for concept set up. The solution to this query seriously is dependent upon which kind of website
